Powertech Transformers offers DELGLAS (Threaded rods and nuts) which are machined from a special quality of epoxy glass laminate. They offer excellent resistance to humidity, sea water corrosion and chemical agents.

DELGLAS fastenings are well adapted for use in oil and in other dielectric liquids and operate at both very low and high temperatures (up to 180d) .In addition, they display high dielectric strength and very good tracking resistance .Rods are mainly used for the manufacture of cylinders and rollers.
Threaded rods are used for support and for clamping in transformers .
