Tumelo Molefe studied at the Boston Business College in South Africa and obtained a diploma in IMM Management where he studied Financial Accounting, Taxation, Business Management as well as Sales and Marketing.
He has extensive working experience and knowledge of the electronic industry. He worked as a Coil Shop Supervisor in Transwerk Langlaagte and joined Powertech Calidus in 2001 progressively working as a Internal Sales administrator then a Logistics administrator and then became an External Sales representative.
He has been the Sales and Management Manager since 2005 and manages the internal and external sales departments, expenses , budget control, approving credit notes, customer visits, negotiating customer prices, office procedures, marketing of new & existing products, promotions, implementation of quality management in the departments, supplier’s and customer’s visits , monitoring & achieving company sales and GP budgets Vs Actual, staff product training, responsible for key accounts and technical product assistance.
