The kits department is a specialised unit that prepares Kits tailored to the unique  insulation needs of the customer .Various kits are prepared by our skilled team using various tools and machinery a few are  described below .

Punching Machine
Our on site punchers have a pressure of 20 tonnage and are used to create job specific components, but larger machines sizes are used for larger components.

Slitting Machine
The slitting machine that is used to cut jumbo rolls of material in customer specification. Cutting width from 10mm and bigger is possible on thickness as thin as 0.05 mm to 0,51 mm. Can use core from 25 mm to 76 mm either to take off, or to take on 76mm of material.
