The I.C.M. department  is a specialized unit that is focused on  providing specialty engineered components to our customers requirements.

We have specialised equipment and tools to meet these requirements .

CNC and Milling Machines
The C.N.C. machine and the Milling machine are used to profile component materials to customer requirements. They have a feed size of 1200x600mm and use's the C-Jet programming system. Easy tool changes allow for quicker turn around time.

Belt Sander machine
The Belt sander is used to flatten big pieces of Delmat and Tufnol material where thicknesses of material are non standard up to a size of 600 mm wide. The machine is also used on rough surfaces for the laminating of material.

Spindle machine
The Spindle is used to profile material in different shapes e.g. Wedges and taper pin's. A pre-designed tool is used to shape material and can remove excess material quickly.

Rectifier Machine
The rectifier down sizes thicker materials to a desired thickness, to a 0,02 Tolerance.

Beam Saw
The Beam Saw is a machine that is used to cut sheets of material as desired by the  customer . The beam saw has a feed size of 4 x 4 m and can cut up to 60 mm to a0,2 mm tolerance.

Water Jet machine
The Water Jet is a machine that uses water and granite under high pressure to cut materials e.g. Delmat, Tufnol, Steel, Copper and aluminum up to thicknesses of 60 mm.
The water jet can reach pressure up to 3500 Bar. The cutting size of the nozzle is only 0,3mm wide. Maximizing material due to the function that is called nesting .
The machine has a flat led size of 3x 2 m. Changing over of material is quick and easy.
