Our Rotar insulation Laminate range includes :
- Thin laminates consisting of heat-resistant -tracking proof epoxy resin reinforced with glass fabric
- Laminates reinforced with glass fabric epoxy resin and aromatic Polyamide fibre paper
- Laminates reinforced with glass fabric,epoxy resin and aromatic polyamide fibre paper with tracking-proof top layers
- Laminates consisting of heat-resistant epoxy resin reinforced with glass fabric,inside covered with aromatic polyamide fibre paper,outside tracking-proof covered layers
- Laminates consisting of glass fabric heat resistant epoxy resin and aromatic Polyamide fibre paper,additionally an electrically insulating film as reinforcing dielectric and tracking resistant top layers
- Laminates of heat resistant epoxy resin reinforced with glass fabric and coated with one layer aromatic Polyamide fibre paper0,13mm (coated on eithor one side (A) or both sides (B).
- Laminates reinforced with glass fabric epoxy resin and aromatic Polyamide fibre paper with tracking-proof top layers
- Aromatic Polyamide fibre paper ,standard thickness 0,76mm
- Thin laminates consisting of heat resistant epoxy resin reinforced with several layers of aromatic Polyamide fibre paper

Corner insulation : Micafil offers a complete set of generator rotor insulations including corner and interturn insulation
Specialities :Micafil also supplies specialities such as insulations designed for specific applications with
customised compositions of layers.Special finishes such as a rough surface as well as cutouts
for ventilation are possible .
Fastenings :Fastenings made of Micafil or Vetresit are available (which has comparable in some cases superior
mechanical properties as those made of metal).

CDM 68.650 is a composite material made of glass mat , bonded with a high mechanical resistance resin system .
Material : Epoxy Delmat 68.660
Epoxy Delmat 68.660 is a laminate made of glass mat, bonded with hot mechanical epoxy resin .Some of its properties include excellent thermal resistance ,low water absorption and good dimensional stability. It is suitable for many types of applications such as spacers and slot wedges.
It is available in:

Material: Ripple Springs-Vetronite 64.210
Vetronite 64.210 is a rippled laminate made of unidentified glass fabric bonded together with a polymid resin .It is available in both sheets and as machined parts according to drawings. Unidirectional glass fabric reinforcement provides Vetronite 64.210 with very high elasticity and can be used in elastic slot wedging for stators in turbine generators
Material : EGS 103
EGS 103 is a glass fabric insulating laminate bonded with epoxy resin which makes it suitable for demanding mechanical and electrical applications even at high temperatures.EGS 103 is suitable for a number of applications ,such as Electrical insulation, Chemical engineering , Mechanical engineering, Temperature resistant parts of machines ,Slides and vanes for compressors and vacuum pumps .This material is available in sheets thicknesses in a range of 0,2 to 100mm , we also deliver cut to size panels and machined parts as well as other thicknesses on request .
Epoxy Vetronite 64.220
Epoxy Vetronite 64.220 is an insulating laminate made of silicone glass fabric bonded together with a self-extinguishing epoxy resin,complying with FR-4 grade of Nema (characteristics similar to grade G-10 + self extinguishing ).This is available in sheets ( thicknesses 0.2 to 40mm) as well as in machined parts according to drawings .This material is not only self extinguishing but also possesses good electrical properties ,good punchability , has a low water absorption and good mechanical properties.
Epoxy Vetronite (G-11 ) 64.120
Epoxy Vetronite 64.120 is an insulating laminate made of glass fabric bonded together with epoxy resin . We supply this in sheets of various thicknesses as well as in machined parts according to drawings. This material has low water absorption, excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures and good electrical properties .The material is ideal to be used as blocking pieces , slot wedges ,screens ,spacers, supports and plates.
